Celebrating 100 years of music
in the Capistrano Valley

ALL are welcome to this FREE event,
followed by a complimentary “Ice Cream Social”
Community Presbyterian Church is pleased to present a gala concert for the entire community, presented by the diverse musicians of the church
(Children’s Chorus, Praise Band, Chancel Choir, Organ, Piano, Oboe, Trombone – and a Broadway vocalist!)
The concert will feature music from Baroque to Dixieland to contemporary, including:

¯ J. S. Bach: “Mein Freund ist mein” (Duet from Cantata 140)
¯ To the Lamb on the Throne (Chancel Choir)
¯ William Grant Still: Incantation and Dance (Oboe and Piano)
¯ Will Reeder: Toccata (Piano)
¯ What a Beautiful Name / When Trials Come (Praise Band Medley)
¯ Scott Joplin: The Entertainer; Maple Leaf Rag (Piano Duet)
¯ George Gershwin: I’ve Got Rhythm (Trombone & Piano)
¯ They Don’t Let You in the Opera (If You’re a Country Star)
