Active Shooter: Proactive prevention through preparation that leads to a timely reaction to responders on scene while anticipating the arrival of law enforcement.
Tactical Questioning: Obtaining information from those who might not otherwise provide it, while focusing on concept of questioning strategies and elicitation.
Workplace Violence: Training that assists in recognizing the elements of violence within the workplace. Although not specific to one workplace, the course covers applicable standardized procedures.
Situational Awareness: Training to recognize pre-incident indicators which lead up to a potentially life threatening encounters. This training is applicable to both work situations as well as personal safety.
Narcotics in the Workplace: Recognition through identification of signs, symptoms, and substances while mitigating use/abuse through preventive measures.
Physical Security: Public vs. private facilities and the ability to enforce laws, and establishing a secure environment through planning and training for today's threats.
Safety & Security Assessments: Vulnerability identification through proactive prevention, applied planning, structured procedure, ongoing practice, and site-specific protocol.

-William “Bill” Vincent; Retired FBI Special Agent, former Police Officer, and Navy SEAL Veteran. Additionally, he spent 15 years working International Terrorism cases and 5 years assigned to CIA, owner of G-Frog consulting (gfrogconsulting.com).
-Robert “Bob” Dougherty; Retired CIA Operations Officer Senior Instructor on HUMINT and Counter-Terrorism for Law Enforcement and U.S. military SpecOps Units.
-Lucas “Luke” Mahlstadt; Army Veteran (Tanker, Sniper, EMT), former Security Consultant to US government agencies with Blackwater, former Director of Security in LA area Casino, owner of Strategic Threat Assessment & Defense, Inc. (STADTUSA.COM).
-Gary I. Kusunoki; Retired police lieutenant with over 38 years in public safety and criminal justice. Currently serves as a police chaplain and administrative hearing officer for public agencies on a federal, state, and local level while also serving as Assistant Pastor with Calvary Chapel of San Juan Capistrano.
-Max Chance; Active Duty Law Enforcement officer with over 30 years experience in patrol, SWAT, Narcotics and corrections.
-Mark McMullen; Retired from Anaheim Police Department as a Senior Master Patrol officer. He served in patrol, as a field training officer (FTO), community policing team, SWAT, undercover operations, and a primary response officer. Currently he is the security team leader for Calvary Chapel San Juan Capistrano
