Green Feast 2016

From all over Southern California, organic farmers, fishermen, wine makers and renowned chefs will contribute their expertise to serve up The Ecology Center’s ninth annual Green Feast. This elegant farm to table dinner raises funds to support The Ecology Center's educational initiatives.

Beyond a delicious meal, Green Feast is a celebration of our local food artisans and a reminder that a vibrant food community is at the center of a sustainable, abundant future. Ingredients for the meal are sourced by our chef team from within 250 miles of The Ecology Center. 

Green Feast will take place in The Ecology Center's learning landscapes, a historic property surrounded by rolling hills. The evening begins with a stroll through our gardens, where guests will taste a variety of appetizers freshly prepared by local chefs. As the sun sets, a four-course dinner will follow, served on long tables dressed in white linens and candles, set up communal-style. The evening culminates in a lively auction in support of The Ecology Center's educational programming, including Grow Your Own! a school and home garden initiative.
